What exactly is an Off-Market Profile?

Off-Market Profiles represent business owners we’ve worked with to provide a free valuation. While these owners are not actively looking to sell, they are open to considering offers if the right opportunity arises.
When you express interest in an Off-Market Profile, the owner receives a notification and can view your profile. Sometimes, simply seeing a serious and qualified buyer is enough to spark their interest in selling. If the owner decides to move forward, Baton will contact you to facilitate the process.
On average, about 10% of Off-Market Profiles convert into sales after an initial expression of interest. To increase your chances of engaging in an off-market deal, we recommend reaching out to at least 10 or more Off-Market Profiles or submitting an offer to demonstrate your intent.
